THE SACRED STORY OF SRI BHADRAKALI
According to sacred tradition, when Lord Shiva carried the divine form of Mother Sati during the celestial Tandava, Lord Vishnu released the Sudarshana Chakra, dividing Her holy limbs across 51 sanctified Shakti Peethas.
The sacred Right Ankle of Goddess Sati fell upon the holy land of Kurukshetra, Haryana, sanctifying it as the revered Sri Bhadrakali Shakti Peedam.
Presided over by Goddess Sri Bhadrakali and protected by Lord Sthanu Bhairav, this sacred kshethra bestows divine protection, inner strength, victory over adversities, and lifelong spiritual fulfillment upon devotees.
Mother Sati's sacred Right Ankle consecrated the holy pilgrimage land of Kurukshetra, establishing Sri Bhadrakali Shakti Peedam.
